Refund & Return Policy

At Grab The Bull Ink, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases.

Returns & Refunds Are Only Accepted If:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

You received the wrong item or a product that doesn’t match your order details.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

A clear photo of the item showing the issue (e.g., damage, misprint)

A brief description of the problem

Your order number

Email us at: info@gtbink.com

If your claim is approved, we’ll either:

Send a free replacement of the original item, or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Items That Do Not Qualify for Return or Refund:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Mistakes in size or color choice made during checkout

Minor color variation due to display differences

Orders outside of the 7-day claim window
